Antibody Sequencing Services Sequencing of variable domains from phage-display clones ($750/sample, 1 week) Client provides phage samples containing ≥0.1ng of phage DNA (infected cells, cell lysates, crude phage extracts are permissible) and information sufficient for design of amplification and sequencing primers. Alternatively, pre-tested primers of client’s design are also acceptable. We deliver a detailed project report, sequence trace files and annotated sequences of the variable domains. Sequencing of variable domains from hybridomas and B-cells ($1,000/sample, 1 week) Client provides pellets of flash frozen or RNA-stabilized cells (≥5x10^5 cells per sample), species and isotype (if available) information about the samples. We deliver a detailed project report, sequence trace files and annotated sequences of the variable domains. Sequencing of leader and variable domains from hybridomas and B-cells ($1,500/sample, 2 weeks) Client provides pellets of flash frozen or RNA-stabilized cells (≥5x10^5 cells per sample), species and isotype (if available) information about the samples. We deliver a detailed project report, sequence trace files and annotated sequences of the leader and variable domains. Sequencing of heavy and light chains from hybridomas and B-cells ($2,000 per sample, 3 weeks) Client provides pellets of flash frozen or RNA-stabilized cells (≥5x10^5cells per sample), species and isotype (if available) information about the samples. We deliver a detailed project report, sequence trace files and complete annotated sequences of the heavy and light chain genes.
