We deliver a library of mutants saturated for every requested codon kind and position in an up to 24nt-long region defined by the client. We guarantee complete saturation and non-biased distribution of mutants. Up to 10 clones per library can be sent back to us for sequencing at no additional charge. Combinatorial libraries (from $2,000/library, 2 weeks, please inquiry) We will shuffle the region saturated libraries constructed for the Client into a single combinatorial library containing full array of generated mutants.
