	Synbuild offers subcloning of the assembled genes into vector(s) specified and provided by the customer solely as a contract manufacturer. Herewith, the customer declares to have the right to use the vector(s) and the nucleic acid sequence(s) listed in the order by third parties performing work on behalf of the customer. Furthermore, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless Synbuild and its affiliates, officers and employees from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, expenses including attorney’s fees and liabilities asserted by any third party incurred by the customer's negligence or wilful misconduct of the utilisation of a vector or a nucleic acid sequence by Synbuild for the service(s) requested by the customer.
